N.B. Has No New Cases Of COVID-19 For Fourth Straight Day

For the fourth consecutive day, New Brunswick has no new cases of COVID-19.
The province has only 14 active cases and no one has been admitted to the hospital with the virus since April 12.
The number of confirmed cases remains at 118 and 104 people have recovered
Five patients have been hospitalized, including one patient in an intensive care unit.
Chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell says we have been successful in the early stage of the pandemic.
“I ask (New Brunswickers) to continue to observe the restrictions set under the provincial state of emergency and continue to take precautions against the spread of the virus, even when those restrictions have been eased.”
