- Have a minimum of high school diploma
- Have obtained a minimum score equal to or greater than a Canadian Language Benchmark CLB5
- Have a verifiable personal net worth of at least CAD $500,000
- Obtain a score of at least 65/100 points on the stream’s selection factors
- Plan on living in New Brunswick
- Make an eligible business investment of not less than CAD $150,000
