If they succeed to collect their permanent residency, they will be able to live, work and study as well as Canadians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who Can Be a Sponsor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Everyone can be the Sponsor of his\/her relatives if :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>He\/She is 18 years old or above<\/li><li>He\/She is a <a href=\"https:\/\/swallowimmigration.ca\/en\/sponsorship-program-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canadian Citizen<\/a><\/li><li>He\/She is a Permanent Resident of Canada<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: If the Sponsor is a Canadian Citizen but lives abroad, he\/she should prove to live in Canada when his\/her relative\u2019s &nbsp;Permanent Residence visa is issued.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If the Sponsor lives in Quebec, he\/she should obey the Quebec Regulation<\/li><li>The Sponsor must prove to have enough income to support the dependants in the future<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who Can Not Be a Sponsor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>He\/She can not be a Sponsor if :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>lives under the spouse sponsorship and residing in Canada less than 5 years<\/li><li>His\/Her spouse or ex-partner has got the permanent residency under his\/her sponsorship less than three years<\/li><li>Still owes the government for the previous loan regarding the last commitments<\/li><li>Has been Bankrupt and still involving<\/li><li>Is taking social assistance except for physical disability<\/li><li>Has been convicted for any crime, violent or sexual offense, physical harms to his\/her family<\/li><li>He\/She\/ is in a prison or detention<\/li><li>He\/She has a removal order<\/li><li>There is another family sponsorship application that is under review<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can be Sponsored?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1- The spouse or partner if :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>His\/her spouse or partner is 18 years above<\/li><li>The relationship is genuine<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2- &nbsp;The child meets the definition of a dependent child<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3- The Parents if :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>They are supported as soon as they enter the country<\/li><li>They are not going to take any social assistance<\/li><li>The sponsor can afford all their financial requirements<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Any Canadian Citizens who are permanently living in Canada with the age of 18 or above can apply for some of the relatives to immigrate to Canada.
