{"id":16890,"date":"2024-08-16T16:52:38","date_gmt":"2024-08-16T16:52:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swallowimmigration.ca\/en\/?p=16890"},"modified":"2024-08-16T20:00:55","modified_gmt":"2024-08-16T20:00:55","slug":"changes-to-business-immigration-stream","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swallowimmigration.ca\/en\/changes-to-business-immigration-stream\/","title":{"rendered":"changes to Business Immigration Stream"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Immigration New Brunswick (INB) has <a href=\"https:\/\/swallowimmigration.ca\/en\/new-brunswick-provincial-plans\/\">recently<\/a> made changes to Business Immigration Stream.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following changes are now in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C-vb-jlOjYc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">effect<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The mandatory connection to New Brunswick is no longer required.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Age to apply is now 19-59<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The language benchmark is now CLB4;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum managerial\/ business ownership experience is -2 years in the last 5 years;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An applicant can request a change of business plan up to 90 days after arrival in New Brunswick.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The first six months of operational costs such as rent, utilities and employee salaries are eligible expenses.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agricultural applicants are required to conduct a mandatory exploratory visit to New Brunswick for a minimum of five business days,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum net worth for farm applicants is $300,000 CAD;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Applicants can apply for nomination after six months of business establishment if all conditions of their business performance agreement have been met.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Immigration New Brunswick (INB) has recently made changes to Business Immigration Stream.
