agreement.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy Prime Minister\nChrystia Freeland says the new deal was completed in difficult circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have accomplished\nthis together at a moment when around the world it is increasingly difficult to\nget trade deals done.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new agreement features improvements to labor protections, intellectual property, and access to affordable medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The U.S.\u2019s Speaker of\nthe House Nancy Pelosi feels it\u2019s a better deal than the previous version of\nthe North American Free Trade Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere is no question of course that this trade agreement is much better than NAFTA, but in terms of our work here, it is infinitely better than what was initially
