{"id":12094,"date":"2019-12-04T15:28:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-04T15:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swallowimmigration.ca\/en\/?p=12094"},"modified":"2021-09-22T11:38:19","modified_gmt":"2021-09-22T11:38:19","slug":"canada-fingerprints","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swallowimmigration.ca\/en\/canada-fingerprints\/","title":{"rendered":"Canada fingerprints"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/swallowimmigration.ca\/en\/canada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canada <\/a>makes it easier for foreign nationals to apply for temporary and permanent resident status within Canada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>News release<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>People can now give their fingerprints<\/strong> <strong>and photo right here in Canada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>December 3, 2019 \u2013 Ottawa \u2013<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Building on a government commitment made earlier this year,\nCanada is rolling out the final phase of its biometrics collection program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of today, foreign nationals\napplying from within Canada for temporary or permanent residence, or to extend\nor renew their visitor visa or work or study permit, will need to have their\nfingerprints and photo taken and can do so at any of the 58 designated Service\nCanada locations across the country. This means individuals will now save time\nand money by being able to give their biometrics within Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants, including those in Canada who will be traveling outside the country, can also give their biometrics at a visa application center (VAC) in any country that they are legally allowed to enter. Canada has one of the most extensive networks of VACs worldwide, with 160 locations in 108 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information follow the link below:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer
