font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><strong>For consideration you must:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be between the ages of 21-59 years<\/li>\n<li>Have a minimum of high school diploma<\/li>\n<li>Have obtained a minimum score equal to or greater than a Canadian Language Benchmark CLB4<\/li>\n<li>Have a verifiable personal net worth of at least CAD $500,000($300,000 for farms applicant)<\/li>\n<li>Obtain a score of at least 65\/100 points on the stream\u2019s selection factors<\/li>\n<li>Plan on living in New Brunswick<\/li>\n<li>Make an eligible business investment of not less than CAD $150,000<\/li>\n<li>An applicant can request a change of business plan up to 90 days after arrival in New Brunswick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\">Application Process<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1: Expression of Interest Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must carefully fill out and submit an online Expression of Interest form (EOI). From there EOIs will be selected based on their score, background, and future business plans. EOIs will remain valid for 12 months from the date of receipt, and if the EOI is not selected, the applicant may submit a new one afterward.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Receiving the Invitation to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Invitation to apply to submit a full application will be given to successful candidates whose EOIs have been selected. Applicants must complete the application form along with sending the supporting documents for up to 90 days. A business plan and a Net Worth Verification Report must also be provided.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3: Application Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At this step, applications will be evaluated in receipt order.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4: Application Approval<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Immigration Office will send a Business performance Agreement and a work permit support letter if approved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5: Work Permit Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After receiving the Work Permit Letter of Support, the applicant must apply to IRCC. The Federal Government will review the application and issue a work permit if it is approved. The work permit is valid for 2 years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 6: Arrive in Canada <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Within 1 month following the applicant\u2019s arrival date in Canada, the applicant must report in writing to the Immigration office and submit to PETL the Report Of Arrival form and Within the first 9 months following arrival date in Canada, the business must be open.<br \/>\nWithin 2 years following arrival date in Canada, the applicant must have operated the business for 6 months according to the terms and conditions set out in the signed and dated Business Performance Agreement, applicant may request for Nomination letter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 7: Apply for The Permanent residency<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If conditions were met, a Nomination Certificate will be issued from the province. The Applicant then submits documents to IRCC.
