Lao Tri Duong, Active in Immigration field from 2018, Prince Edward Island (PEI/ Canada), Advising and helping Vietnamese people in order to choose the best way to immigrate to Canada, and working with newcomers and helping them to be settled.
He studied Chinese at HCMC Education University, and has a degree in South East Asia Economic from HCMC Open University.
He has almost 2 decades experience as a Chief Agency Officer, Insurance broker, Executive Vice President, Executive Consultant, AgencyOperation, and Regional Development Manager (RDM) at different well-known companies in Vietnam like American International Assurance Prudential Assurance, CEO LNK Joint Stock Companies (Life Cathay Life Insurance, and Bao Viet Non-Life Insurance), Great Eastern life Vietnam, and Manulife Vietnam.
In those years, He was involved in different aspects of managerial roles in the companies such as:
- Responsible for nationwide sales.
- Buildup & manage marketing strategy, training & administration
- Re-structure agency force with quality business
- Conduct all manager and Director training in Quarterly
- Conduct TTT for trainer nationwide
- Look after training/agency admin Dept./agency support Dept./agency Development Dept.
- Support Recruitment department head to restructure and revised all recruitment process

- Review compensation to building agency & Bonus for K2 & K3 to improve persistency
